How do I sign up for MB Daily?

Signing up for MB Daily is simple & takes less than a minute.

  • Download MB Daily from the Android Play Store or Apple App Store.
  • Open the app & you will be prompted to sign up or sign in if you already have an account.
  • Sign up by filling the simple form & follow the on-screen instructions to setup your account.
  • You will need your name, the name of your society/apartment, your mobile number & email address to successfully complete the sign-up process.
  • Orders placed before the cut off time for the day are usually delivered by 8 AM next day (depending on the delivery schedule you have chosen) 

 

 

What is a Subscription?

A subscription is a schedule that you set for purchasing a specific quantity of a product in a repeated fashion. While creating a subscription you can choose the quantity, frequency & the start date of the subscription. You selectively skip upcoming deliveries for specific dates or skip all deliveries in a date range by setting a vacation within the MB Daily app. We will automatically resume deliveries when your vacation ends. No more calling multiple people to let them know about your plans.  

How do I create a Subscription?
  • Find a product by navigating to any of the categories or by searching for a product. 
  • Once you find the product, you’d need to tap on it to subscribe for the product.
  • Choose the quantity, delivery frequency & start date & Create your Subscription. 
  • That’s it, we will start delivering the product as per your preferences. All orders placed before the cut off time are typically delivered before the “next day ” 8 AM according to your delivery schedule.

What are the various delivery schedules available to me?

Depending on the product, we make a variety of delivery options available. As of now, we support the following delivery frequencies. 

  • Daily 
  • Days of the week – You can choose specific days of a week to receive your delivery 
  • Alternate days 
  • Once in a week – You can setup your preferred MB Daily Day of week in your profile & all your weekly deliveries will arrive together on that day. For example, if you choose “Saturday” as your preferred MB Daily Day of week, you will get all “weekly” deliveries by every Saturday 8 AM. 
  • Once in 2 weeks – Get the product delivered once in every 2 weeks.
  • Once in 3 weeks – Get the product delivered once in every 3 weeks.
  • Once in a month – Get the product delivered once every monthYou can setup your preferred MB Daily Date of month in your profile & all your monthly or once in 2-month deliveries will arrive together on that MB Daily Date of the month. For example, if you choose “5th of every month” as your preferred day, then you will get all monthly & once in 2-months deliveries by 5th of every month or every 2 months depending on your delivery schedule.” 
  • Once in 2 months – Get the product delivered once in every 2 months.
  • Once in 3 Months – Get the product delivered once in every 3 months.
How do I modify a subscription?

You can modify the quantity, start date, delivery schedule & the effective date for your changes. 

  • Open the main menu 
  • Choose “My Subscriptions” 
  • Click on the “Subscriptions” tab on the top of the page to see the list of your existing subscriptions. 
  • Click on the subscription you wish to modify. 
  • Modify the quantity, delivery schedule & the effective date 
  • Click on Save Changes
  • Your subscription has now been modified & changes will go into effect on the “effective date” you have specified. 

How often can I modify my subscription?

You can modify your subscription as often as you want. There are no limits to how many times you can change your subscriptions. 

How do I skip a delivery?
  • Open the main menu 
  • Choose “My Subscriptions” 
  • You will have the upcoming Deliveries on this page. 
  •  Simply scroll to the date that you would like to Skip & click on “Skip” 
  • Your delivery for that will be skipped. 

How do I skip multiple deliveries / Set a vacation?
  • Open the main menu 
  • Choose “My Subscriptions”
  • Click on Set Vacation
  • Choose from readymade options like “Next 1, 2 or 3 Deliveries” or choose your own dates by clicking on “Choose My Own Dates” 
  • If you choose the “Choose My Own Dates”, select the start & end date of your vacation.
  • Enjoy your vacation. We will resume delivery of your products once the vacation is over.
  • You can always change your vacation by following the above steps. 

How do I modify a vacation?
  • Open the main menu 
  • Choose “My Subscriptions” 
  • Click on “Modify Vacation” 
  • Click on the start date to change the start date. 
  • Click on the end date to change the end date. 
  • Click on update vacation dates.

How do I cancel a vacation?
  • Open the main menu 
  • Choose “My Subscriptions” 
  • Click on “Modify Vacation” 
  • Click on “Cancel Vacation” to cancel your vacation. 
  • Your deliveries will automatically resume the next day you cancel your vacation.

How do I load money into my wallet?
  • Click “My Wallet” from the main menu 
  • The MB Daily app will provide suggestions on the amount needed for the next 30,14 or 7 deliveries based on your existing subscriptions. You can pick one of the suggestions & click “Add Money” 
  • The app will use a secure payment gateway to load the money.  
  • You can choose from a variety of payment methods like Net Banking, Credit, Debit, UPI, Mobile Wallets. 
  • Choose your preferred mode of payment & finish loading the money into the wallet. 
  • Wallet credits are made to your account immediately. 

 

What happens to my orders when there are insufficient funds in the wallet?
  • Mast Bazaar will notify you about insufficient balance. If your wallet is not topped up sufficiently, we will pause your subscription until sufficient balance is made available.
  • Please contact Mast Bazaar Customer Care if you have any issues in adding funds to your wallet. 

How do I search for products?

On the home page of the app, you can type the name or brand of the product to search the entire store for all available options. 

How do I cancel a subscription?
  • Open the main menu 
  • Choose “My Subscriptions” 
  • Click on the “Subscriptions” tab on the top of the page to see the list of your existing subscriptions. 
  • Click on the subscription you wish to Cancel. 
  • Scroll to the bottom & click on “Cancel” next to the “Want to cancel this subscription?” message. 

How do I see my past deliveries?
  • Open the main menu
  • Click on “Past Deliveries” 
  • You can see your past deliveries for the last 90 days 

 

What is Cut Off Time?

Currently the cut off time is 8 PM. Orders placed before are delivered to you the next day before 8 AM. If your subscription does not start the next day, then the delivery schedule & any vacation settings will be automatically used to determine your next delivery. 

How do I return a product?
